What You Will Need:

A stationary chair (one that won't roll away from you).

An optional weight for both hands: Attache case, 1 liter water bottle, large book, or sealed purse.

Flat shoes or no shoes (no high heels allowed).

Forward CCW Circles with Raised Heels

Sit in a comfortable upright posture.

Lift the heels of both feet.

Bring weighted object counter-clockwise in front of you.

Repeat for a total of 30 reps.

Be gentle: Make a comfortable sized circle in front of you. Avoid shoulder discomfort.

Alternative: Use an empty water bottle or empty box if weighted object seems too heavy.
