Flat shoes or no shoes (no high heels allowed).

Two optional weights (one for each hand): two books, two bottled waters, or hand weights from home.

Standing Downward Punches

Stand holding weighted objects with arms bent at side and feet at least shoulder width apart.

Reach across with Lt arm punch weighted object downward while bending both knees.

Repeat with Rt arm.

Repeat for a total of 30 reps.

Be gentle: Avoid shoulder discomfort.

Alternative: Don’t use weighted objects if they seem too heavy.
