and feet at least shoulder width apart.
Reach across with Lt arm punch weighted object downward
while bending both knees.
Repeat with Rt arm.
Repeat for a total of 30 reps.
Be gentle: Avoid shoulder discomfort.
Alternative:
Don’t use weighted objects if they seem too heavy.
