An optional weight for both hands: attache, 1 liter water bottle, large book,  or closed purse.

Arm Handoffs with Squats

Bend both legs into a comfortable squat position.

Handoff optional weight with the left arm at shoulder height.

Continue with handoff to the right arm.

Repeat for 30 reps.
