Sitting - Alternating Arms/Legs
Seated Alternating Arms/Legs directions to mirror video Raise right arm (with optional weight) to shoulder height while raising left leg with a leg kick. Lower right arm and left leg. Raise left arm (with optional weight) to shoulder height while raising right leg with a leg kick. Lower right arm and left leg. Perform 20-30 reps.
Raise right arm (with optional weight) to shoulder height while raising left leg with a leg kick. Lower right arm and left leg. Raise left arm (with optional weight) to shoulder height while raising right leg with a leg kick. Lower right arm and left leg. Perform 20-30 reps.
