Rhomboid Stretch
Mirror video
Sit in a chair with an
upright sitting posture.
Bring Lt straight arm
across chest.
Support relaxed Lt arm
with right hand on Lt elbow.
Pull Lt arm in to a
gentle stretch position using Rt hand.
Hold for at least 10
seconds.
Return to starting
position.
Repeat with Rt arm
across chest.
Repeat 4 times per arm.
